TCS Annual Spring Bazaar & Craft Sale
It is almost time for our annual Bazaar fundraiser, an event for all the community held at Matilda Hall, Dixon’s Corners on Saturday, April 21 between 10am and 2pm.
We are later than normal this year which has given us a chance to focus on a spring craft theme as well as Mother’s Day. We welcome guests of all ages and have a variety of games and areas for everyone.
New this year is an online auction, which will open in the week running up to the Bazaar. The auction will be run over Facebook, so an account will be necessary if you want to bid. It will close at 9pm on Friday, April 20. Any bid received after the 9pm cut-off will be rejected. Pick up and payment options will be posted under the Silent Auction page on Facebook.
Click here to access the online auction on Facebook.
Our children’s games feature a number of old favourites such as the fish pond as well as the return of an old classic. Children’s games are paid for by buying tokens at the door. Each game costs one or more tokens and offers prizes to the children. Our games include:
- Duck pond
- Fish pond
- Hockey shootout
- Balloon game
Adult Games & Online Auction
New this year are some games for the young at heart. We will also have our silent auction return, with a number of items donated by businesses and individuals from the community. As with the children’s games, the adult games are paid for with tokens. Silent Auction items are paid for on the day by cheque or cash.
